Special Seating Arrangements

Accessible Seating is available on all levels of the Save Mart Center. Guests may purchase one companian seat for each accessible seat purchased. For Accessible Seating information, please call 559-347-3400.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals for disabled patrons are permitted.

Accessible Parking

There are 53 accessible parking spaces in the north lot and 31 accessible parking spaces in the east lot available for our guests with disabilities. 
Vehicles legally using disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.  Standard parking rates do apply.

Interpreting Services

Guest requiring interpreting services
must contact Patron Services at 559-347-3400 within two (2)
weeks of the scheduled event. 

Assisted Listening Devices

Headsets and receivers for our FM hearing assistance system are available, at no charge, at the Guest Services Desk in the NW corner of the Main Concourse.

Elevators

Multiple elevators are located inside Save Mart Center and are accessible from each corner of the building.  For assistance in finding an elevator please locate a guest services staff member.
