Tickets can be refunded at the original point of purchase. If you bought tickets from Ticketmaster or at the Save Mart Center box office using a credit card your refund will automatically be sent to the card used to purchase the tickets. Your refund should show in your account in 14 to 21 days.
If you purchased tickets using cash at the arena…please come to our box office with your ticket for your refund beginning Thursday, September 18th at noon. Box Office hours are 12 noon -5pm Monday - Friday.
