Box Office at the Save Mart Center
Our Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 5pm. We will also be open on event days beginning at 10:00 am. Tickets are available for purchase online at Ticketmaster.com. Information regarding events that are postponed or cancelled can be found online at www.savemartcenter.com.
Bulldog Ticket Office
The Bulldog Ticket Office, located at the northeast corner of the Save Mart Center, is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 2 pm.
TICKET PURCHASING ADVISORY!
Save Mart Center at Fresno State has issued the following advisory for people who purchase tickets to Save Mart Center at Fresno State events online: The official ticketing companies for all Save Mart Center events are Ticketmaster and AXS tickets on select shows. If you purchase tickets from any other 3rd-party ticket broker neither TM, AXS, or the SMC Box Office will be able is issue you a refund should the need arise.
Save Mart Center at Fresno State Management encourages the use of e-commerce to purchase tickets to events held at Save Mart Center . There is only two official web sites licensed to sell tickets via the Internet to events held at Save Mart Center at Fresno State, ticketmaster.com and AXS.com on select events.
To ensure you receive the best possible service, receive your tickets promptly and that you are not purchasing counterfeit or stolen tickets, we urge all of our ticket purchasers to make their purchase via ticketmaster.com or axs.com. Save Mart Center at Fresno State Management stands behind ticketmaster.com and AXS.com as the only internet sites licensed to sell tickets at Save Mart Center. No other site has been authorized by Save Mart Center to sell, re-sell, or auction tickets, buyer beware!

Group Discounts
Group discounts vary per show, but typically offer a savings per ticket. They include great seats and you are able to sit together as a group to gain maximum enjoyment from the event.
Group Reservations
Contact the Group Sales department at groupsales@savemartcenter.com for group minimums, dates, times, and pricing. You’ll also receive personalized service when placing your order. Reserve your tickets with a credit card while you organize your group.
Group Ticket Order Deadlines
Order deadlines vary by show. Typically the deadline is 48–72 hours prior to the event, however, please ask your Group Representative.
Paying for Group Tickets
Once you have reserved your tickets, you can make a payment with one credit or debit card. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted. Only company or organization checks will be accepted with payment arrangements made prior to the event date. Cash or drop off payments must be scheduled in advance.
Getting Your Tickets
Once you have paid for your tickets, your tickets will be mailed to the group coordinator to be distributed to the entire group as long as the event is one week from purchase date. For tickets purchased less than one week out from the event or by special arrangement, tickets can be picked up in person or left at will call the day of the event to be picked up under one person’s name.
Refunds, Exchanges and Lost Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the event is canceled or postponed, a full refund will be available.
Additional Group Offerings
Occasionally there are clinics or lectures especially for groups. They usually include an early entry and specific entrance information that will be given to the group leader at the time of purchase.
Will call is conveniently located on the north west corner of the arena. To pick up tickets, photo identification and the credit card used in the original ticket purchase are required. Tickets will only be released to the individual named on the original order. Alternate pick ups will only be allowed if arrangements are made through the office of the original point of purchase prior to the day of the show. Outside will call will not be accepted at the box office. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up from the Box Office during normal box office hours, no earlier than one week before the show. Please provide the Ticketmaster confirmation number along with photo ID and the credit card used in the original Ticketmaster transaction. A signature will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets purchased through www.ticketmaster.com, can be printed out from your own computer via email, by simply choosing the TicketFast option. Orders placed through Save Mart Center can be picked up from the Box Office during normal box office hours after receiving confirmation from the box office staff that your order has been processed. A photo ID and signature will be required to receive the tickets. Orders placed through the show (band, promoter, record label, fan club, etc.) are not available at the box office until the day of the show, usually one to two hours before show time. A photo ID, membership card (if necessary), and a signature will be required to receive the tickets.
The purpose of the lottery system is to ensure that all customers have the same chance of being among the first five in line, eliminating the need to be at the arena overnight. This policy helps ensure customer safety and provides for effective crowd management.
- Random numbers will be issued beginning 60 minutes prior to the designated on-sale time and will be distributed for 30 minutes. The drawing will begin 30 minutes before the on-sale starts. If you arrive after the start of the drawing, you will be placed in line in the order which you arrive after all the numbers have been drawn.
- One random number will be issued per customer. Anyone found in possession of more than one number will be placed at the end of the line. Random numbers are non-transferable.
- You must be 12 years of age or older AND be able to complete a transaction on your own, without a parent, to receive a random number (i.e. a child cannot sign for a parent's credit card so they would have to pay cash). If your child’s number is called, you will not be able to switch places with them.
- A random number does not guarantee you a ticket, only a place in line.
- Please do not use cell phones and/or maps while you are at the ticket window.
- Your random number will ONLY be honored at the Save Mart Center Box Office.
- Each position in line will be determined by a lottery drawing. We will draw the first 10 positions in line. Everyone else will line up behind them in order.
- When the starting number is announced, customers will begin lining up in the order in which their number is called.
- Ticket limit (if any) will be posted on the Box Office windows. Patrons in need of ADA accessible seating must mention that need at the ticket window. Only one wheelchair ticket and one companion ticket will be sold at a time.
- Anyone who receives a random number has a chance to be first in line!
- Overnight camping is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the policies listed above.
- Tickets are sold on a best available basis only. You cannot pick specific sections, rows or seats. Please tell the ticket seller the number of tickets you would like and the price level and they will pull the best available.
- Payment methods include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks.
Please do not arrive at the venue any earlier than the time specified for distribution of the random numbers. There is no advantage in early arrival, as the lottery process will determine your place in line.
